Dashboard gadget

The Task Hub gadget brings a Task Hub’s view onto any Jira dashboard. It’s ideal for team walls, status pages and leadership dashboards.

Add the gadget

Section titled “Add the gadget”
  1. Open a Jira dashboard and select Edit, then Add gadget.
  2. Search for Task Hub and add it.
  3. In the gadget settings, choose:
    • Space: where the Task Hub lives
    • Task Hub: which one to show
    • View: Calendar, Timeline or Summary
    • Height: Small, Medium or Large
    • Read-only: when on, viewers can look but not change anything
  4. Select Save.

Who sees what

Section titled “Who sees what”

The gadget follows the Task Hub’s access settings and each viewer’s Jira permissions. Viewers who can’t access the Task Hub see a message instead of the view.
