Create your first Task Hub
The first time you open Task Hub in a space, you’ll see No Task Hub yet. A space admin or Jira admin creates the first one. After that, you can add as many Task Hubs as you need for different teams or workflows.

-
Select Create new Task Hub from the empty state, or from the Task Hub picker at the top left if the space already has one.
-
Enter a Task Hub Name, for example Mobile team or Customer escalations.
-
Choose the scope:
- This space: work items from the current space, optionally narrowed with JQL.
- Across Multiple Spaces: any JQL query, for example
project in (MOB, WEB) AND labels = release-2.

- Card layout and colors: show the fields that matter.
- Access: keep it public, or make it private to a group.
Share it
