General & scope (JQL)
Open Configure › General to manage a Task Hub’s name and scope. You need to be a Task Hub admin.
Change the Task Hub Name to rename it. The new name shows in the Task Hub picker for everyone.
The scope decides which work items the Task Hub includes.
- This space: work items in the Task Hub’s home space. Add JQL to narrow it further, for example
component = Mobileorassignee in membersOf("team-mobile"). - Across Multiple Spaces: any JQL query, for example:
project in (WEB, MOB, API) AND fixVersion in unreleasedVersions()labels = customer-escalation AND resolution = EMPTYproject = OPS OR (project = SUP AND "Request Type" = "Incident")Task Hub validates the query when you save it. Use the JQL editor’s autocomplete to find fields and values.
